Christian Educators is committed to providing prompt, knowledgeable support for every member who reaches out. To ensure members receive the guidance and protection they need, we follow a structured process that allows our team and trusted partners to respond with clarity, expertise, and care. The steps below outline how our support system works from start to finish.

As a Christian Educators member, if you have a question or need help, you can call the Member Service Center at 1-888-798-1124 Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–7:30 p.m. EST, use the website chat feature, or fill out the form at christianeducators.org/service-request. Facing an issue, but not currently a member? Please call! We would love to pray with you and discuss ways we can serve you.

You will be referred to an Educational Consultant who will respond within 24 hours to help determine your needs and provide an appropriate response.

If your need requires more than professional advice, we will ask you to provide more information and documentation so we can come up with an action plan. We may initiate an insurance claim or legal help depending on the circumstances.

a. If your need is referred to a local attorney or a partnering law firm, they will steer your case moving forward. We will continue to monitor your situation and provide needed support until it is resolved.
b. If your case involves First Amendment issues, we are proud to partner with Liberty Counsel to provide constitutional expertise and representation for our members!
